When my boyfriend suggested moving from Utrecht to Zurich 20 years ago, I wasn’t very enthusiastic. I had something further away and more adventurous in mind. Boy, was I wrong! Switzerland is stunning and Zurich has everything a big city should offer.

Located in the heart of Switzerland, Zurich is a picturesque city known for its stunning lake, charming old town and vibrant cultural scene. While it’s famous for its banking and finance sector, being one of the most expensive cities in the world, its delicious chocolate, high-end shopping on Bahnhofstrasse and its cleanliness, it’s certainly not recognized for street photography.
